"Regionality, freshness and loving preparation of all dishes" is our philosophy in the restaurant.
We prefer to cook regional specialties and therefore we work together with selected Carinthian suppliers and organic farms.
We receive our organic beef from Carinthian farmers from Mölltal and we are particularly proud of the fact, that our game specialties are fresh delivered to the kitchen by our "Chef Bruno". We buy trout regionally but also directly in Ossiach! Specialties from the Alpe-Adria region complement our regional cuisine.
Our head chef pamper our guests every Friday, from 5.30 p.m. with a delicious celection of regional and seasonal specialities. Table reservation requested.

Sports enthusiasts can see their stars in action on our flat screen TV at the restaurant and the kids will have fun at the indoor playground too!
