Our kitchen team is passionate about creating regional specialties. We deliberately source our ingredients from select Carinthian suppliers and organic farms with whom we share a commitment to quality, freshness, and trust.
We source our organic beef from Carinthian farmers in the Mölltal valley, among others. We are particularly proud that our game specialties are sourced entirely by our chef Bruno and junior chef Johanna, who actively hunt themselves—it doesn’t get much more regional than that.
We purchase trout exclusively from local sources, and fine specialties from the Alpe-Adria region harmoniously round out our delicious cuisine.
